All sales are sold as described and pictured on their respective listings and auctions, with no additional accessories or warranty. Unless the item is not as described or pictured, we do not offer returns and all sales are final. You are bidding on the actual item pictured.

Overall nearly all of our packages arrive safe and sound, but on the rare occasion, sometimes one of our customer's packages may get damaged or lost in transit. If damage occurs during shipment, it is the liability of the shipping agency (USPS, UPS OR FEDEX, ETC.) Unless shipping is First Class or Media Mail (No Insurance) all other shipping methods we offer include Insurance for the full sales price of the item. If your package arrives damaged, please keep all original packaging and packaging material, and visit the shipping agency's insurance claims webpage. From there it is a fairly straightforward process to file a claim, and the shipping agency will compensate you for any damages that occurred in transit. If needed we would be happy to help the buyer with the insurance claim process.
Shipping rates are set by the shipping agencies! Yes, I know it can be spendy, but we try to select the least expensive fast option, and we offer combined shipping aswell to save you money. All of the money you pay for shipping your item goes to the shipping agency, not us! In fact expenses like shipping supplies come out of my pocket, not yours. Plus, the majority of all our packages are walked by me 3.2 miles to the post office, several times a week (great exercise & green for the planet).
In the same boat, yes eBay charges state taxes, again these do not goto the seller; eBay immediately takes that money and pays the state taxes on the seller’s behalf. We have no control over taxes or tax rates.
Please keep in mind, when you make a purchase, the seller only sees about 80% of the purchase price after eBay removes all of their fees. And again we do not get anything from taxes or shipping charges. We are a small business in Colorado Springs, CO; not a big corporation; so every bid is absolutely appreciated!
While we do not offer returns, we will accept a return if the item is not as described, and not as a result of shipping damage. If an item is not as described, please contact us. If an item is not as described return is accepted, it is the buyer's responsibility to safely package the item and all accessories in a box with adequate bubble wrap and packaging matetial to protect it in shipment. If an item returned is: missing parts of accessories, is damaged due to inadequate shipping protection by the buyer, or is not the original item that was shipped, that may void the return & forefit the funds.
As stated in the eBay Terms and Conditions, placing a bid or making an offer is a legally binding contract; meaning if your offer is accepted or your bid wins at auction, you agree to send payment within 48 hours of the auction or listing end.
