    This fabulous graphite on paper Works Progress Administration (WPA) style sketch from the mid century or earlier is attributed to an African American artist and measures approximately 8 1/2 x 6 5/8 inches in a modern frame behind glass measuring approximately 15 1/4 x 13 inches. Last origin was from an esteemed African American collector in the Hyde Park section of Chicago.  Thanks for looking at this fantastic African American antique artwork.
