Unit Marked EOTech 512 Hood & Battery Cover - 202nd Military Police Company

This is a really interesting Global War On Terror / Iraq / Afghanistan War era group of parts from an EOTech red dot sight, it would have been used on the earlier EOTech 512 sight I believe. The sight housing / hood is unit marked to the 202

Military Police Company, abbreviated on the left side of the sight hood in blue marker as 202D MP Co. The top has the remnants of a sticker on it too, which reads 3-16. I suspect that is a sub-unit number, maybe something along the lines of 3

Platoon, sight number 16? Got me. It is clearly marked in marker to the 202

Military Police Company though. With the hood is a battery compartment. It is not marked, and it has a chip out of the lower left front corner, which I do not believe should effect function, I suspect it will still attach to a main sight unit just fine. The battery terminals are also missing from inside of the battery cover, but I know replacements for those are easily bought from various vendors and they can just be user serviced. The hood itself is well worn and used and shows that, but it appears to be useable and serviceable, and not bent or anything like that. Both parts show a lot of wear and use. MP Co appears to have been part of the 93

MP Battalion and to have gone to Iraq in 2007 or so, then to Afghanistan in 2010, from Fort Bliss, Texas. THIS ITEM WILL NOT BE SHIPPED OVERSEAS! It is a well used set but really interesting, and would make for a great Iraq or Afghanistan display or tribute or retro sight, as it could be swapped onto any other same model EOTech sight.
