    Description

The Polish spoon, manufacturer (galw n fraget) was given to Frazhe in honor of the founder Joseph Frazhe, who organized the first galvanic laboratory in Warsaw: a layer of silver or gold was applied to utensils made of base metals by the galvanic method.
1- "N" stands for silver plating on brass.
2- "GALW:" - means that the product has been coated by galvanization.
Fraget was founded by two French brothers Alfonso and Joseph in 1824.
In the 50-60s of the XIX century, the company began to engage in electroplated silvering
and exported products mainly to the Russian market.
    Fraget products soon became popular.
So, any silver-plated object in Russia was called simply "fraget".
In 1939, with the outbreak of World War II, Fraget
    ceased its activities.
