RUSSIAN EMPIRE, CIRCA VERY EARLY 20th CENTURY.
ART NOUVEAU STYLE JAPANESE MOTIF DECORATION - CATTAIL, KOI FISH, POND, SWANS...
GRAPES DECORATION AROUND BASES.
MARKED ON THE SIDE OF EACH BASE WITH SET OF IMPERIAL RUSSIAN SILVER HALLMARKS.
One candlestick is marked with Imperial Russian "kokoshnik" hallmark for 1899 - 1908 period, other one is marked with hallmark for 1908-1917 period, Kiev Assay office.
Makers mark "J. Ehrich". Also marked with work-master initials.
Candlesticks were made in 1908 - 1909.
Guaranteed 875/1000 silver standard, slightly lower than sterling.

EACH CANDLESTICK IS APPROXIMATELY 15 in. (38 cm) TALL.
BASE DIAMETER ABOUT 6 in. (15.3 cm) NOT INCLUDING FEET.
WEIGHT:

CANDLESTICKS ARE NOT WEIGHTED.
CONDITION:
Very good original antique condition with normal wear and charming indication of age. Normal very light dents and scratches.
Very difficult to photograph - all dark spots you are seeing in the pictures is just a reflection and light tarnishing.
