Stylish Art Deco c1924-1939 Estonian 875 Silver Clutch Purse Pocketbook

Description

Presented is a fantastic quality vintage Estonian silver clutch style handbag,
dating to circa 1924-1939. The clutch is rectangular with a very sleek and
smooth design. The “strap” is a silver chain, with twist design links. The
interior is lined in rich green velvet. The case opens with a little thumbpiece
set with a red stone. The overall look is incredibly stylish.
This piece is in excellent overall condition. There is some minor wear to the
lining, please view the photos carefully to get an idea. The silver itself is in
excellent shape. The case snaps shut securely. No breaks, no repairs, no
monograms, no monogram removals.
This piece is stamped with the lion hallmark used by Estonia from 1924-1939,
as well as 875 for the purity of the silver and a maker's mark of JV.
The case itself measures about 7 5/8 by 3 ½ by ¾ of an inch, LxWxH. With the
chain, the total length is about 10 ½ inches.
