Very Cool Antique Vintage Bolivian Handmade 3 1/2 Ounce .900 Pure Silver Dish/Tray With Llama And 1800’s Silver Coins.
Probably made as a smoker’s ashtray with the two formed 1800’s Republica Bolivar Veinte 20 Cents coins as holders and featuring a beautifully tooled Llama with pack.
Tarnished from years of storage but undamaged and easily polished to a mirror shine if desired; we have left it as-found as some collectors prefer natural patina. Marked .900 for 90% pure silver, and the coins are 90% silver as well. Hefty weight of nearly 111 grams (Over 3 1/2 troy ounces of .900 silver) as shown.
Very neat item to use as a candy dish, spoon holder, ashtray, or just for antique collectible display.
