Polly Plastics Moldable Plastic is perfect for making plastic parts without injection molds or 2-part epoxy systems.
Just heat the pellets in hot water until they turn from white to clear.
Once clear, you can mold them into any shape you desire.
Upon cooling, they will be strong and permanent.
If you change your mind, you can reheat it and modify until you get it right.
Make colored parts by adding powder paint or alcohol dye (available at craft stores) to the molten pellets while you are working them.
Alternately, you can paint or varnish the part after it has cooled.
Since this plastic is so strong, you can drill it, sand it or superglue it to something else.
Polly Plastics Moldable Plastic is great for crafts, art projects, home repair, model making, toys, cosplay costumes & masks and prototyping.
Use it to make custom parts, handles, grips, hooks, brackets and cases.
This 10 ounce container has enough plastic to form about a 2.5 inch cube.

Instructions:
Using a microwave or stovetop, heat water in a bowl or pan to above 150 degrees F.
If the water is boiling, allow it to cool to prevent possible injury.
You can heat the water with the desired amount of Polly Plastics Moldable pellets in it, add the hot water to the pellets or drop the pellets into the hot water.
After a few minutes in hot water, the pellets will turn completely clear and begin sticking to each other.
Remove the pellets with tongs or a spoon and shake off any excess water.
A sheet of parchment paper makes a great surface to work on, preventing sticking.
With clean hands, begin forming the pellets into your desired shape.
You can use your hands, craft with tools, apply onto existing objects or press into molds you have prepared.
You can use a hair dryer to make final touches.
For color, add paint powder or alcohol ink to the hot pellets while you are working them.
Or you can paint the part after it cools – without coloring, the part will be white after it cools.
Once you are satisfied with your creation, let it cool to take a strong, permanent shape.
Cover it with cold water if you want to speed up the process.
If you don’t like the outcome, reheat and mold it again.
Once cooled, you can sand, drill, glue, varnish or paint the part you have made.
