NRA - Antique Niles & Moser 5 Cent Cigar Tin - Nice Condition. Rarer NRA tin in really good condition with most of the tax band intact.  The NRA  was Established in 1933 by President Franklin Roosevelt to stimulate the economy after the great depression and this one has the nra paper band on it as well .
