GUARANTEED SOLID SILVER - 800/1000 SILVER STANDARD (lower than sterling).
Marked in few places with Austrian silver hallmark and maker's mark "LP" for Ludwig Politzer. Ludwig Politzer was one of the most well respected silversmiths and jewelers in Vienna in the 19th century. Born in 1841 he was working until 1907 and exhibited at the International Exhibitions in Paris in 1878 and 1900.
