    You are bidding on a handsome souvenir coffee mug from the Fort Monroe (Virginia) National Monument. President Barack Obama signed a proclamation on 1 November 2011 to designate portions of Fort Monroe as a national monument. Fort Monroe was constructed
    between 1819 and 1834 and served
    as a coastal fort. Mug is manufactured by Sunset Hill Stoneware of Neenah, WI. Mug is plum-colored and holds approximately 12 ounces. Excellent condition. Measures 3-3/4 inches in height with a 3-3/8 inch diameter mouth, and a 3-3/4 inch diameter base.
