There are worn marks to the tip and a V in an irregular surround at the base of the stem that is similar to the Dutch date letter for 1831, though a date of manufacture around 1900 seems more likely. This unusual item remains in
very good vintage condition
with surface wear consistent with age and bears
no monogram.
