Buccellati vintage silver large Bookmark.3 1/2 inches long and 1 1/2 inches wide, this very finely carved, large bookmark is engraved with the initials JGS and dated May 17, 1968. It belonged to a world renowned expert in international affairs. Buccellati 800 is 800 parts silver, 20 alloy, but is considered fine depending on the silversmith. In this case, Buccellati is considered one of the best in the world. It shows signs of wear where it has been marking books for more than half a century.
