    Description

    Helwig Carbon bpk-4 self grounding brush with holder. VFD's cause a term called fluting. Basically electricity travels through the shaft causing bearing failures. This eliminates any voltage by grounding it out directly. If your bearings are only lasting a couple of months and you are using a vfd , this is the culprit! I've enclosed a couple of pictures of things to look for on the inner race of the bearings. Also an oscilloscope reading before and after an install of the grounding brush. They will pay for themselves if they save you from changing bearings just once.These are easy to install and you can use them up to a 4 inch shaft. Here are the measurements for the BPK-4.
