Shipping
The USPS is our preferred shipping provider. Please review your shipping address with PayPal prior to making payment. We will treat all items that are undeliverable (and returned to us by the shipping agent) as a customer return and all shipping costs will be forfeited. All shipments include delivery confirmation and insurance with the ability to track your shipment online. We automatically combine orders and offer a shipping discount for multiple items. If you wish to have items shipped separately or delay shipment, please contact us prior to payment.
Insurance
Buyers must file claims for lost or damaged items within 30 days of shipment (claims for lost items may not be filed prior to 21 days from shipment). Failure to provide required information may result in non-payment of your claim. Once our insurer has paid us for the claim, we will promptly refund your purchase price, including shipping. IF YOU RECEIVE AN ITEM THAT IS DAMAGED OR MISSING CONTENTS, RETAIN ALL PIECES/PACKAGING AND CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY. DISCARDING DAMAGED PIECES OR PACKAGING COULD JEOPORDIZE YOUR CLAIM.
Return Policy
Most of our items are offered with a 30-day return option. For items that offer a return option, you must contact us within 30 days of receipt to request your return. The cost of return shipping and insurance is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Once we receive the item and verify that it is complete and in the same condition as when it shipped, we will process your refund within 48 hours. The original cost of shipping, paid by buyer, is not refundable. If a returned item included "Free Shipping", the actual cost of shipping and handling will be deducted from any refund amount.

Description
We are pleased to offer this stunning Covered Entree Dish by Walker & Hall. The composition is silver plate. This piece was made in England in the late 1800’s (prior to 1890) as determined by the marking. The handle can be removed to make two functional uncovered serving dishes. The cover features a lovely chased design. Each piece measures approximately 12” long, 9 1/2” wide and 1 3/4” high (without the handle)

Condition
Overall, the piece is in good condition for it’s age. There is moderate scratching on the interior There are several wear spots on the exterior (see photos). There may be additional small spots. The bottom underside is worn. Not all wear may show in the photos. Fortunately, much of the wear is not exposed when displayed. The handle fits loosely, but could be fixed with some wax or putty to fit more snugly. The piece was freshly polished, but could use additional polishing in spots. Please review the photos carefully prior to purchase.
