Hello, for your consideration is an antique early 20th. century Swiss big souvenir /serving spoon.  Features Swiss Guard Armored Knight top and and guilloche enamel Swiss coat of arms on back side of the scoop. The spoon has great attention to detail of the knight figurine. Absolutely perfection on enameled decoration as you may expect from the Swiss made products. Also has twisted stem and capital ornaments on handle. Marked for silver on back side with few symbolic markings and 800 stamp for silver purity.
A rare spoon with Medieval Vatican guard Knight motif. Originates from a private collection in Paris.
Excellent condition without imperfections.
