maybe Dutch or German i found two hallmarks, one on the
right
side of the frame

hallmarks with F.
Other
unreadable
hallmarks is on the top below
figural
decoration on the top.
Both hallmarks is on the pictures.
Frame was attached to the fabric or leather some holes on the frame decoration.
