    Description

    Offered from a local NJ estate is an antique (1924) Danish Silver (826/1000) Sauce Ladle
    with double spout and nicely embossed scallop shell on handle
    This 7 1/4" long ladle weighs 56.1grams and has no dents and no monograms
    The bowl is 3 1/2" across at spouts
    but light overall wear consistent with age
    The marks on back are the 3 towers for Danish silver with 24 underneath for date
    and the other mark is the Assayer Christian F Herse  one for 1904-1932
    there is no makers mark, so not sure if Herse is a maker or just the guarantee mark that this is silver of 826 or more
