2004 Kawasaki Vulcan

I am listing this motorcycle for my son, my brother gifted it to him because he wanted to learn how to ride, my brother is huge motorcycle guy, but my son doesn’t like it after so he selling to look to get a car. I will include all the information from my brother since he is the prior owner and I don’t know a lot about bikes, if you have any questions lmk and I can find out the answers. It has been stored in my parent’s garage since he gifted it to him within the last year (excuse all stuff around it my mom is getting ready for her garage sale lol) It is a 2004 Kawasaki Vulcan Nomad 1500, has 15,700 miles. As far the bike it is beautiful blue custom color with small US Air Force logos on the front fender and sides (the original owner was US Air force) , it has black mustang seat with back rest, power command, has a 1000w Blue tooth speaker with on/off switch, molded saddle bags storage in back with locks, newer fuel pump, fresh fluids as of the beginning of this year (only risen once a very short distance up the street) , good tires, custom grips, adjustable windshield with 3 height settings or it can be removed, led headlight with high beam, highway pegs, crash bar, upgraded exhaust for loud rumble, my brother got 32mpg and up when he road it and battery is approx 2yrs old. It is in good condition but there is some scuffs, scratches and some mild rust on a few areas of the chrome. Starts right up. List for 3,800 or best offer. Pick up Cleveland Ohio Area
